Returns

We want you to be delighted with your jewelry. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

We accept unworn items in original condition and in original packaging for return within 30 days of your item being delivered.

To begin a return, contact us at hello@alldanae.com. Include your order number and a description of the item(s) being returned.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
  
• USA Returns: The cost of the $4.50 return label will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  
  
• International Returns: Please use a trackable and insured shipping service to mail your return. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide return labels for international orders. 
  
  
• Shipping your return: Your item(s) must be mailed within 10 days of the creation of your return label (USA orders) or the date of your emailed return request (international orders).
  
  
• Packaging: Please package your return carefully to avoid damage during shipment.
  
  
• Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return after it has been delivered to us.
